As part of your registration for Logistics and Supply Chain Week (SLSC) 2026, we may collect the following personal data: • Surname and first name • Email address • Telephone number • Name of the organisation or institution • Position or job title • Level of study and student card number (for students) • Type of pass selected (for professionals) This data is collected directly from you through the online registration form, or in the course of email correspondence. No data is collected without your knowledge.

Your personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes: • Managing your registration for SLSC 2026 • Sending registration confirmations and logistical information • Managing payments and invoicing • Communicating about the event (programme, changes, reminders) • Sending the newsletter and event news, including news of forthcoming editions (only if you have consented, with the option to unsubscribe at any time) • Producing anonymised statistics • Responding to your enquiries We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

The processing of your data is based on: • Your explicit consent, obtained through two separate checkboxes: the mandatory registration checkbox, which covers the processing relating to your participation, and an optional checkbox to receive our news. Declining the second does not prevent you from registering, and consent once given may be withdrawn at any time • The performance of a contract, or of pre-contractual measures, relating to your participation in SLSC 2026 • Our legitimate interest in organising and promoting a professional event Although Togolese law (Law No. 2019-004 of 10 June 2019 on the protection of personal data) is the applicable law, ATLOG undertakes to observe the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) on the protection of personal data, including minimisation, proportionality and transparency.

Your data is retained for a period proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected: • Registration data: retained for 3 years from the end of the event (June 2029), unless you object • Payment data: retained for 5 years to meet accounting and tax obligations • Newsletter data: retained until you unsubscribe • Anonymised statistics: retained indefinitely At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
