Registration terms

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between this version and the French version, the French version prevails. Registration for SLSC 2026 is open to any person meeting the following conditions: • Students: be enrolled at a higher education institution and present a valid student card at the entrance to the event. Student registration is free. • Professionals: any person working in logistics, supply chain, international trade, transport or related sectors. • Any other person interested in the event’s themes. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a parental authorisation. The Association Togolaise pour la Logistique (ATLOG) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration that does not comply with these terms.

The fees applicable to the current edition are as follows:

Students: Free Access to the conferences and networking on presentation of a valid student card. Fees are stated in CFA francs (XOF) and include VAT where applicable. ATLOG reserves the right to change the fees. Registrants will be informed of any significant change by email.

Payments are made using one of the following methods: • Mobile Money: via Moov Money or Togo Cellulaire. Payment instructions are sent by email once the registration has been validated. • Bank transfer: the bank details are sent by email once the registration has been validated. The transfer must be made within 5 business days of receiving the details. Final confirmation of registration is subject to the payment actually being received. A receipt will be sent by email once the payment has been validated.

In the event of cancellation of your registration, the following terms apply: • More than 30 days before the event: full refund (100%) • Between 15 and 30 days before the event: refund of 50% of the amount paid • Less than 15 days before the event: no refund Bank or Mobile Money transaction fees are deductible from the amount refunded. For any cancellation request, please see our dedicated page: /annulation In the event of non-attendance on the day of the event without prior cancellation, no refund will be made.

In the event of force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, armed conflict, government ban, transport strike, or any event beyond the organiser’s control making it impossible to hold the event), ATLOG reserves the right to: • Postpone the event to a later date (tickets will remain valid) • Cancel the event (full refund to registrants) ATLOG may not be held liable for incidental costs incurred by participants (transport, accommodation, visa, etc.) in the event of cancellation or postponement on grounds of force majeure. Registrants will be informed by email as soon as possible of any decision concerning the event.

In the event of a dispute relating to registration for or participation in SLSC 2026, the parties undertake to follow the procedure below: 1. Amicable phase: contact the ATLOG secretariat by email at contact@atlog-slsc.com within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ATLOG undertakes to reply within 15 business days. 2. Mediation: if the amicable phase fails, the parties may refer the matter to an independent mediator. 3. Competent jurisdiction: failing resolution amicably or through mediation, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lomé, Togo. These terms are governed by Togolese law.

Registering for SLSC 2026 implies unreserved acceptance of these registration terms. ATLOG reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is the registrant’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
